Terms & Condition
If you register with Quran Excellences after the trial classes, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
Communication
Students or parents must remain in regular contact with the administration of Quran Excellences for smooth communication and class management.
Class Attendance
The student must be ready and available a few minutes before the scheduled class time.
Technical Requirements
Students must have a stable internet connection and an updated device/system to ensure the quality and continuity of classes.
Fee Payment
Fees are charged in advance. Monthly fees must be paid within the first 2 days of the new month. You may also pay at the end of the previous month.
Late Payment Policy
If the due date exceeds more than 3 days without prior notice or payment, classes will be paused automatically, and no make-up classes will be provided.
Camera & Recording Policy
Students (male) may be required to turn on the camera according to the teacher’s requirements for quality assurance and proper class monitoring. Quran Excellences reserves the right to record classes for educational and quality purposes. If you have concerns regarding recording, you may inform the administration.
Leave Policy
If a student wants to take leave from a class, they must inform the teacher or administration at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Otherwise, the class will be marked absent, and no make-up class will be arranged.
Teacher Assignment
To maintain the quality of education, Quran Excellences reserves the right to change the assigned teacher when necessary.
Communications with Teachers
Students and parents are strictly not allowed to discuss payment matters directly with teachers. Sharing personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or WhatsApp details with teachers, are strictly prohibited. Quran Excellences will not be responsible for any misuse or damages caused by personal contact. If any teacher requests personal information, you should immediately inform the administration.
Complaints & Support
If you face any issue regarding a teacher or class, you should contact the administration directly instead of discussing the matter personally with the teacher.
Teacher Replacement
In case a teacher resigns or is terminated, Quran Excellences will provide another qualified and experienced teacher. Students or parents are not allowed to remain in personal contact with former teachers. Quran Excellences will not be responsible for any issues arising from such contact.
Official Holidays
Official holidays announced by Quran Excellences, including Eid holidays and other official leaves, will be considered paid holidays.
